I want to transform my body !! I want to get more fit ! I want to be super slim and trip as I was before !


Every day during my consultations with new individuals, I encounter the same issue. They present numerous health problems, and it is my responsibility to assist them in making decisions. These decisions guide them in their preparation, and optimal preparation leads to better actions. How can we achieve this? Despite facing the most challenging health situations in their lives, they tend to overlook this aspect easily because their minds are not ready to make decisions and take action.
