HOW IT WORKS
STEP 2 - CONSULTATION
We start off with a 30 minutes consultation session where we work together on devising an eating pattern that is sustainable and a culture fit.
I will then suggest you a customized fitness program.
We will follow it up with weekly interactions to review and alter your meal and exercise plans if required.
I will be available via Phone, WhatsApp and Email all the way on your fitness journey to resolve all of your queries.
We can also do special meal planning for occasions like work travel, holiday, wedding, festivals, etc.
STEP 3 - POST-CONSULTATION
I believe in maintaining a lifelong relation with you and provide support anytime you need.
I will provide you with a post-consultation document summarizing all the learnings from the program alongwith practical guidelines for most of the situations you will face going forward.
I will also recommend you the time duration you need to achieve the goals, with standard options as 12 weeks, 26 weeks or 52 weeks. It can be modified as per the customized action plan.
